- Stitching, seams, webbing, and hardware failures
- Structural deformation affecting performance

- Normal wear and tear (fading, scuffs, abrasions)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or environmental exposure
- Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or alterations
- Damage from third-party modifications, repairs, or attachments not authorized by LEOTAC

Damage from combat, fire, chemical exposure, or other extraordinary conditions beyond normal operational use
Warranty Conditions
Coverage begins on the date of original retail purchase, and the warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
Products must also be purchased from LEOTAC directly or from an authorized LEOTAC dealer.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or verified dealer record). If proof of purchase is unavailable, LEOTAC may, at its discretion, honor claims based on product verification or serial number registration.
Customer is responsible for shipping the product to LEOTAC for evaluation. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes.
If the product qualifies, LEOTAC covers return shipping. Typical processing time is 10-15 business days after the product is received.
Any repaired or replacement product will continue the warranty from original purchase date, it does not restart a new warranty period.
What Counts as a Modification
The following are considered modifications that end warranty coverage:
- Cutting, drilling, or sewing any part of the product
- Replacing or altering hardware (buckles, snaps, or rivets)
- Applying adhesives, heat, or solvents that compromise materials
- Structural changes that alter design or intended use
How to Submit a Liability Claim

- Stop using the product immediately if you believe it qualifies for warranty service
- Gather proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or dealer record)
- Contact LEOTAC Customer Care via our website or email with photos and a description of the issue
- We’ll confirm eligibility, provide a return authorization, and evaluate your product
- If covered, LEOTAC will repair or replace it and return it to you at no charge
Exclusions

- Normal wear and tear earned in real-world use
- Cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or environmental exposure
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Customer modifications (these void all coverage)
- Damage caused by third-party parts or unauthorized accessories
